About this class

Our HIIT classes are a combination High Intensity Interval Training and endurance work. Each class consists of a sequence of sprints, time trials, and and endurance pieces on VersaClimbers and Schwinn Airdyne bikes. Everything we do is low-impact and friendly to your joints and connective tissue. These classes take place in a loud, low-light environment. CHALLENGE: Try back-to-back a HIIT and RESISTANCE classes for a complete and totally insane 90 minute workout experience!

How to prepare

Grip socks are worn for hygiene and safety in our RESISTANCE classes. We sell them in the studio. You can go barefoot if you want, but we don't recommend it. For all CARDIO+ classes, we require athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle. We provide complimentary sweat towels during class and refreshing cold cloths when you're done. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. If it's your first time at Mecha, you must arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late entry to class is not allowed.

This class kicked my butt. I expected it to based on the other reviews. Great teacher, he walked me through the gym and equipment before the class. Nice people and very friendly to talk to. No problem with parking. 45 minutes of intense workouts, sweat like crazy, thought I was going to throw up most of the class. This is a good thing if you're looking for a hard work out.

What is ClassPass?
