About this class

The group training classes are an excellent way to achieve long term health & fitness success. These classes are designed to help you improve on the basic components of fitness while in a friendly, comfortable, non-intimidating setting. Classes are specifically designed for men or women and typically have between 6 – 12 people/class. Each class is 1 hour in length and includes an aerobic component as well as a strength training component.

Typical strength class- weights in sets. Marlow was super nice and helpful though. Overall pretty good calm class, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Enjoyed and will be back! It's a no frills studio, but I appreciated that and definitely got my sweat on. This is a great option for beginners, you can make the workout as challenging as you want. Each class is a little different, but in this one we went through a circuit of about 10 exercises three times spanning 30 minutes. You can then choose to do the circuit again, run on a treadmill, or leave (most left...30 minutes of strength training was pretty fatiguing!). Marlow was never far and made every exercise accessible, demonstrating proper form and how to use each machine. This was a great, non-intimidating way to get a sweat on.

Kristina was a very nice and considerate trainer. She made me feel very comfortable. The class was small, there were three of us, so I got a lot of personal attention. The gym has a local vibe, which I like. The workout consisted of three exercises done three times with three stations. I got a great workout and the time flew by with all of the moving around.

Really enjoyed this class! Marlow is very nice and professional. I liked how class was set up, several different stations that you rotate through all focused on one specefic area. I appreciated that Marlow walked through and made sure we were doing exercises correctly. Will definitely go back to this class.

What is ClassPass?
