Love this studio but the instructor was not my favorite. It didnt feel like there was a real flow during the class and the transitions werent as smooth. Will come back but take another instructor next time.

How to prepare

You may bring a towel and a water bottle (reusable is best!). Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, but rental mats are provided for $2 if needed. Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes. Be prepared to be barefoot – socks should not be worn to avoid slipping.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class, 5 minutes before the start of class we start opening up spots to our waitlist.
