About this class

Meditation has been scientifically proven to have immediate, measurable benefits for health and mental function. Yet many people hesitate to try it because they think it's difficult to do. Come see for yourself how easy it is. Yoga+Meditation is structured to help you get the most out of your meditation experience. The first half of class we'll do gentle yoga to prepare the body to sit with ease and comfort. The second half of class will be divided evenly between guided meditation, and silent meditation. Time will be available after class for questions and discussion. This class is suitable for all levels of yogis and meditators. Notes: Folding chairs will be available. Bring a sweatshirt.

How to prepare

You may bring a towel and a water bottle (reusable is best!). Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, but rental mats are provided for $2 if needed. Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes. Be prepared to be barefoot – socks should not be worn to avoid slipping.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class, 5 minutes before the start of class we start opening up spots to our waitlist.

What is ClassPass?
