Absolutely love!

New to yoga, and Lisa (who was subbing for Danielle), was very patient and made sure everyone was on the same page before beginning. Even when I thought I was holding up the class, she made me feel welcome and I left feeling relaxed! Looking forward to going back next week!

Studio was immaculate and well-kept. One of the best studios I’ve been to, although it’s a bit out of the way for me. The instructor was great, the room was just cold. Would’ve loved to turn up the heat a bit. I will be back if I’m in the area!

How to prepare

You may bring a towel and a water bottle (reusable is best!). Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, but rental mats are provided for $2 if needed. Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes. Be prepared to be barefoot – socks should not be worn to avoid slipping.

How to get there

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class, 5 minutes before the start of class we start opening up spots to our waitlist.
