The class was great and the room temperature was perfect (I’m usually cold!), but I wish the instructor had some hands-on adjustments. That’s the main reason I go to yoga classes rather than just practicing in my home.

How to prepare

You may bring a towel and a water bottle (reusable is best!). Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, but rental mats are provided for $2 if needed. Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes. Be prepared to be barefoot – socks should not be worn to avoid slipping.

How to get there

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class, 5 minutes before the start of class we start opening up spots to our waitlist.
