How it works

About this class

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is an all levels practice that includes warm-up movements, asana, kriya, meditation, pranayam and gong. Much of the practice is done in a seated position, although dynamic standing movements are also included. Stress is released, awareness awakened, creativity nourished and connection with our true nature revealed. This style of yoga is known for its potency and practical ability to support deep body systems, release blocks and old habit patterns, bring forth cleansing and clarity, awaken awareness and support our full potential.

Kundalini Yoga with Maya
Unique and uplifting class!
Kundalini Yoga with Maya
Phenomenal instructor. More meditative chanting than I am accustomed to, but a welcome change nonetheless. It could have been longer to get a more balanced physical workout. But the vibe and beauty of the studio convinced me to return.
Kundalini Yoga with Mia
I felt amazing afterwards! I will definitely be back . I teach a vinyasa style of yoga at a local gym and became very curious about kundalini yoga. I feel it help my mind body connection tremendously and see it more as a therapy for myself personally than a work out . And this was what I expected . I’m very pleased

Kundalini Yoga with Veronika
Very popular studio, but because it is small it gets really stinky. I mean really stinky. Very challenging workout.
Kundalini Yoga with Signa
Great class with Signa! A lot more interactive partner exercises that expected, and I usually hate those but Signa was actually able to make it fun and lighthearted rather than awkward.
