About this class

This class is an unprecedented aerobics course that uses the jumping action on a personal trampoline. You will use the unstable surface to increase the engagement of core muscle groups to achieve cardio endurance and muscle strength training in the lower body. With this simple and solid action you get a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise, both low-impact, reducing strain on the knees and significant exercise intensity; the jumping motion works on the lymphatic system to facilitate toxin release. Each class burns 800-1000 calories.
