Vinyasa Sculpt with Leslie
It would be better to have a bit more guidance on moves and modifications. Music a bit too loud for the workout with so many movements. Also- I do HITT and surprised there was the breaks emphasized when needed. I like the format but think there is small things to make it even better.

This class was way harder than Danis, I was definitely sore the next day.

Super challenging but great music and instructor!

Liked how fast paced the class was. Music was a bit loud so had some trouble following along with the instructor. Overall, it was a good class, left sweating!

Such a great and upbeat work out!

I love the Vinyasa Flow but the Vinyasa Sculpt.. come on! The sweat in the air is PALPABLE. Just because were sweating doesnt mean were getting a good workout. The instructor also didnt do the left and right sides evenly, played upbeat music but didnt count with the beat, and though she was encouraging she seemed to be too concerned showing she could do the moves and talk at the same time - she didnt end up correcting form until we were already halfway done with the second side. I usually walk out of the Flow class feeling accomplished, the Sculpt class needs to be more of a fluid workout so it doesnt feel so choppy as well, and having the fan on throughout the workout wouldnt hurt anyone either.

Nice concept but hot as hell. Heated like hot yoga but in a smaller room, with a crowd of people doing cardio = a literal sauna of other peoples sweat.
