About this class

Designed to balance strength and alignment while also incorporating various stretching techniques, using the reformer, jump board and accessories. This class will deliver high intensity core conditioning with classical Pilates work while targeting all postural muscle groups. A restorative class for the tight-of-body focusing on sculpting long, lean muscles.

Great class! I was the only one who showed up so it became a private session. First time doing pilates and by the end I was starting to work up a sweat. John was a great instructor, very encouraging and gives great pointers. Not sure if I will continue with pilates just cause I’ve been regularly going to the gym for a while and am looking for something a bit more intense. But I do think it’s a great start if you’re new to working out or you’re looking for a lighter form of a full-body workout.

The best stretch class to get rid of tight, tense kinks in the muscles. Deep stretches also lengthen the muscles. Stephanie was amazing as always!.

Helps with developing flexibility. Stephanie is a miracle worker! The deep stretches helped soothe the pinched nerve in my hip.
