About this class

Live Fit’s Group Training classes is an affordable, highly personal, and results driven fitness program. With a max of 12 members per session, small group training is a highly effective regimen. Our Trainers incorporate both resistance & cardio training to lead a fast paced, dynamic class. They masterfully combine functional, resistance, power, interval, plyometric & endurance training styles in special 12 week programs that progressively challenge the body while keeping workouts fun, safe, doable & extremely effective.Your fitness trainer will lead your group through exercises on everything from rowers, bikes, TRX suspension system, cable system, dumbbells, functional training, core and more. Draw from the energy of your group as you push yourself for real results.

Daniel is really attentive and personalizes the workouts for each individual. It’s a really hard workout - you’ll be sore the next day!

I was the only one in the class and the group fitness room was also open to anyone at the gym to use. It wasn’t very motivating or fun. The exercises were good for those who are at a beginner strength level!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
