This class offers a combination of long-hold poses and short flow sequences providing gentle stretching, strength building poses and relaxation exercises. How to prepare

All yoga mats, props and equipment are provided free of charge. You might like to bring your own water or a towel. Otherwise, just dress comfortably. The studio is generally opened approximately 15 minutes before the class is due to start.

How to get there

The Studio at LaVida Health is located at Suite 805, 2 Queen Street Melbourne. The building is on the east corner of Flinders and Queen Streets. Go to level 8, you'll see the LaVida Health clinic and the studio is around the corner to your right (suite 805) as you get out of the lift. The sign on the door says "The Studio".

What is ClassPass?
