About this class
Shailee’s Vinyasa Flow practice links breath and movement in a dynamic motion, and builds strength, balance, flexibility and inner awareness. Her classes are designed to get you moving and give some much needed TLC to your body and mind. Her practice counteracts the many posture and stress-related problems that we face on a daily basis when stuck in our cars or at our desks. By encouraging students to observe and adjust the nuance of their poses, she teaches practical mindfulness that students can transfer to their daily lives. Shailee’s classes are beginner-friendly and focus primarily on basic and foundational postures, yet they always offer a few more challenging poses for those who want to try something new and have fun.

How to prepare
Bring a water bottle, and a yoga mat(for yoga classes) if you would like, although they are not necessary. Wear comfortable clothes for Karate classes and Women's self defense.
