Amazing instructor. Great regimen with relentless focus on stretching and warming up before bearing bells. This class is a must-do for anyone looking to become lean. I felt inspired to do more of these. Great for me as a beginner. I will certainly revisit the class.

The class was ok.....I definitely broke a sweat. There were a ton of people on class and the instructor did not have/use a microphone. The space was extremely hot!!!! I was sweating before class even started. The heat mixed with the small of feet (you're either barefoot or leave socks on) was a bit gross.

the class was great. the instructor was knowledgeable and I believe everyone walked away with a great workout. my only complaint is that the class didn't exactly start on time so you didn't get the full hour and there were no towels.

Great workout! It was a smaller class so it felt like my training was very individualized.. The instructor encouraged me to push harder and Inspired me to keep going! Still feeling sore 2 days later!

How to prepare

We recommend sneakers for grip, but even those are optional. We do ask that you please bring your own lock if you would like to lock up your belongings. Also bring your enthusiasm and your passion for a strong and mobile body!
