I’d like to give this class 4.5 stars — Laura was great! She was not intimidating, gave lots of feedback and great instructions about form. The format of the class felt pretty laid back. I didn’t realize this was at a boxing gym so it was a little less posh than your average ClassPass studio. Lots of sweaty dudes around and the mat we were working on was a bit dirty. But this was a great workout and not too overwhelming for a beginner. The hour went by quickly and we had a pretty mellow warm up and cool down on both ends. I’ll be back.

Laura was great about making sure you had the correct form and I liked the incorporation of yoga moves.

Enjoyable class. Laura was really thoughtful and helped with form. A nice mix of strength and flexibility. Id note that there are no towels nor a shower, so plan accordingly!

Addie is wonderful and its a great workout with innovative exercises. The hour flies by. Just know that there are currently no showers!
