About this class

Through the practice of holding poses for an extended period of time and targeting the body's connective tissues, Yin Yoga allows you to slow down and still the mind while rejuvenating your joints and ligaments. Class will begin with a traditional yin practice on the floor supported by mats, blocks, and blankets, and will incorporate a gentle flexibility slow flow before easing into stretching. Ultimately, we'll significantly increase our overall flexibility. The Sunday Stretch: All Level Aerial Yin & Flexibility Slow Flow is the perfect antidote to a busy and stressful life. It's a great way to unwind, decompress, and revitalize yourself for the week ahead. It's also a wonderful warm up to our later circus and dance classes on Sundays, as well as a great addition to your aerial yoga and yoga routine.

How to prepare

Please wear clothing that covers your underarms, and nothing that is too loose fitting. Loose-fitting clothing can get burdensome in the wraps and cause students to be uncomfortable.

Good class but will probably not come back... I'm very prone to motion sickness so the aerial movements made me feel very nauseas.

What is ClassPass?
