About this class

Hot 26 is your classical 90-minute bikram class comprised of 26 postures cut to a 60-minute express version. Music is integrated in this movement class making it less traditional than the original bikram sequence. This class is an excellent alternative when wanting to move a bit slower, hold longer and be off the wrists. The temperature is set to an average of 105 degrees with humidity (this class is 60 minutes).

How to prepare

Come prepared with a mat, towel and water. Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class to ensure your spot, reservations are released 5 minutes to class. Please always read the description of classes, we are here at the Front Desk to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Please follow our sign in process and always check in at the front desk. You will be asked to sign a waiver if it is the 1st time. We have Manduka mat rentals ($3)Yogitoe mat towels ($3) shower towels ($2) and SMART water ($3)

How to get there

We are on Union Street, parking can be difficult at times. Plan accordingly to ensure you can get to class on time.

Usually love this class but was disappointed last night - the room was barely hot enough to sweat (I hardly glistened) and the music wouldn't work (it came back on shortly after we finished the standing series). Both of these things took away from the experience, though the instructor was good.

I continue to love this class! Compared to a standard 90-minute Bikram class, it flies by. Plus, the planks and music are great additions.

An awesome, faster-paced take on classic Bikram. Loved the studio and staff + music and added ab work (a couple of planks and some crunches). Class flew by and I feel like it was just as effective as a 90-minute session. Will be back!

Instructor was great and helpful in demonstrating. However it felt like class was mostly shivasna, Im not sure how I feel about the intermixed crunches, and didnt feel like it has humid enough to make me sweat the way I like to at hot yoga

Good if youre not really in the mood to workout. Sweaty, and full of strength/balance but kind of slow if youre trying to get your workout on. The teacher was great though!

really regimented yoga class. not a place to go to destress and get that yoga meditation vibe. more focused on getting through the poses with precision
