Kaia TRX is a dynamic strength training program which uses body weight to create resistance and powerful 360 movements for increased mobility. Suspension bands progressively challenge stability, balance and strength to target all muscle groups and to create a stronger core. By making slight adjustment in body position, Kaia Suspension achieves the optimal workout level for everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes. TRX classes improve muscle-tone, increase range of motion and boost cardiovascular endurance in interesting, engaging and effective ways.
