Let's grab some weights, focus on form, and burn out some muscles. Space is extremely limited, so you get 1-1 coaching on form, skills, technique and are gradually progressed through the moves for safety. You will then be able to incorporate these moves safely into class.

How to prepare
Wear comfortable workout clothes and a pair of quality running shoes. A bottle of water. A big SMILE! You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.
