About this class
Meet us at the Reno High Track for both Tuesday AM and Thursday PM IKR classes. Tuesday morning classes are dedicated to track workouts and Thursday evenings will be tempo and hill workouts. Improve your speed, skill, endurance, stamina, and strength with our Kaia running program. The program works on developing running skills that can increase speed, endurance, and overall fitness. The program is designed for you to run at your pace and help you see improvements every step of the way. Suitable for all levels.

Wear comfortable workout clothes and a pair of quality running shoes. A bottle of water. A big SMILE! You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.
