About this class
Following the protocol’s developed by Dr. Izumi Tabata, this interval based workout is focussed on high cardio movements and get’s the heart rate pumping. We’ve 2 sub formats for the tabata class – Endure and Cardio Killa. In Endure, we focus on multiple short cycles per station with a 12 station format. With Cardio Killa, it’s just that – It’s a killa. Less stations but all designed to max out your reps & cycles per station. The question is, can you handle less station and keep up the intensity?

Make sure to wear fitness attire that you can move freely in. A water-bottle and towel are highly encouraged.
