About this class

Not only does boxing act as the perfect pressure release, it also provides you with a high-intensity cardio workout. Develop superior upper body strength, a strong core and quickness of mind, agility and stamina. We start with a warmup of stretching and skipping, progress into technique and drills, then bring it all together with mitt or bag work using various punch combinations. More advanced classes will involve high-intensity pad and bag work with light-contact sparring drills.

What is ClassPass?
