About this class

Enjoy a workout and good company with your little one! Strictly only babies who are not yet on the move. Yoga places focus on flowing sequences that move through set poses in a dynamic, athletic way. Emphasis will be placed on connecting breath and movement to propel you through the practice. This class will improve your flexibility, strength, posture and alignment so that you may achieve total body symmetry. Get ready to move with the power and stability of increased core strength.

How to prepare

We don't have a reception area, so when you enter the studio you're stepping straight into the Reformer room. If you're early, you can take a seat right there in the Reformer studio, or you can head through and upstairs for your Mat Pilates, Barre Belle, or Yoga class. There is a toilet and change room if you walk right through to the back of the studio :)

How to get there

We are located directly across from Penshurst station and street parking is available. If you can't find a parking spot directly outside the studio, there is usually lots of parking on Bridge St opposite the IGA, then just walk across the station to the studio.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
