Circuit Training at InMotion Cycling Studio
About this class
An efficient workout that integrates strength, balance, coordination and cardio. The class is set up in a circuit format with stations for each exercise. Each station is one minute with 10 seconds between stations to keep you moving. You'll be challenged with dumb bells, stability balls, BOSU, cable weight machine, kettlebells and medicine balls to name a few.
