About this class
Whole Body: 2 is an inclusive class that allows participants to work at their own level, ranging from intermediate to more advanced. This class safely includes the basics of Pilates mat work, but moves with options that include challenge for all levels. The whole body will be challenged with specific and effective exercises and it will restore length with stretches.

How to prepare
For your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early to have a chance to get familiar with the space and for us to get familiar with you! To prepare, you may bring pre-filled intake and waiver forms (which can be found on the right hand side of our home page at inhabitpilates.com) or fill it out here. Please alert your teacher to any health concerns. Mats and equipment are provided and we kindly ask that you restrain from using your cell phone during classes. And well, just bring whatever you've got today and hopefully we'll work it through!
How to get there
Inhabit Pilates is located at 1211 Bathurst Street, Toronto. Please enter from the side door on north face of building. The TTC #7 bus stops at the Bridgman exit. If you are coming to a 9:30 am Mat Class park on DUPONT or BATHURST ST. south of Dupont, for metered parking and walk in. Or in the LOT on Bridgman ($10). If you are coming to a 12 noon class, park on the above, and also DAVENPORT (metered parking). Evening/Weekend classes you can access any of the side streets, or park in the lots for free.
