Celebrate the miracle of childbirth! Come and experience a Yoga class as an excellent way to maintain a strong and centered mind and body during the joys and challenges of pregnancy, labor and motherhood. Practicing Yoga in pregnancy helps mom to bond with her baby, helps to strengthen and stretch muscles, release tension and maintain good posture. Prenatal yoga also teaches you to relax on command and keep a positive outlook while clearing the mind of the stresses associated with pregnancy and life with your new baby.In our classes we teach Yoga & Pilates exercises that help prepare you for labor, delivery and motherhood as well as breathing techniques you can use in labor. Come and connect with yourself, your baby and other moms as you embark on this exciting journey. (A doctor's note/permission is required & you must be at least 12 weeks pregnant to join the class.)

How to prepare
Socks with grippy bottoms are required for all pilates, yoga and barre classes and are available for purchase at the studio. Students should also bring a yoga mat and water. Please wear sneakers for POUND classes. Please arrive 10 minutes early if you are new to the studio.
How to get there
The entrance to the studio is located behind Sherwin Williams. Drive along the right side of the building to the rear parking lot. The entrance is under the purple awning.
