About this class
This is a ballet inspired full body workout that will promote long lean muscle development without the bulk. This workout uses weights, bands, balls and of course, the ballet barre, to target those hard-to-get muscles in your core, back, arms and legs. This class will improve your strength, mind body awareness, posture and will leave you feeling good and accomplished! This class is for all levels.

How to prepare
Socks with grippy bottoms are required for all pilates, yoga and barre classes and are available for purchase at the studio. Students should also bring a yoga mat and water. Please wear sneakers for POUND classes. Please arrive 10 minutes early if you are new to the studio.
How to get there
The entrance to the studio is located behind Sherwin Williams. Drive along the right side of the building to the rear parking lot. The entrance is under the purple awning.
