This was my first Pilates class so I didnt know what to expect. It was really easy and not very motivating. The instructor was super nice and really helpful and seemed to know what she was doing. The music was putting me to sleep. It is probably more geared toward older people. It said it was a cardio-mix class but my heart rate never went up and I did not sweat at all.

My rating is not reflective of the challenge/intensity (which for me was great) of the class, but the overall experience. This was my first ever cardio class and I now know I prefer the regular class that incorporates more upper body work. The music was not enjoyable/distracting and was a bit too loud to hear cues from the very soft spoken instructor. Also, I wish they would dim the lights (evening classes) or keep the lights off (for a daytime class). I know I can close my eyes during the workout but sometimes you need to have them open. :)

What is ClassPass?
