About this class

Get the best of both worlds in this 50-50 split class.  Spend the half of the class on the TRX straps and the other half of the class on the Xercizer!  Expect a total body workout, great stretches and some cardio work - all levels welcome, no trx experience required! TRX or Total Body Resistance Exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX suspension trainer leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. 50-50 (TRX & Xercizer) requires 2 class credits.

This class was okay. Basic exercises on the TRX and a few on the reformer.

Absolutely LOVED this class! Great strength training and stretching! Plus a little cardio and lots of resistance and ab work. Laura was super sweet and so helpful, as it was my first time. Ill definitely be back!

So energetic early in the morning! Makes sure you are doing moves correctly for most stretch and benefit. Really liked this class a lot!

What is ClassPass?
