About this class

The Aerial Hoop is an extremely dynamic apparatus, being a circular steel ring that provides the perfect frame for your acrobatic moves. It provides an excellent platform for an endless combination of transitions and fluid movements, especially when spinning. We also include plenty of strength training in this class to build you up to more advanced moves and other Aerial/Pole classes so this is perfect for all levels from beginner to advanced.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise, and wear good trainers as these are fitness classes. Definitely bring a water bottle and a towel as we get very sweaty! Shorts may be needed for classes such as pole fitness. We ask all new customers to fill out a health questionnaire on their first visit, and if your health changes you must inform us. You'll be given a warm welcome and shown around. Please let us know if there's anything you need to know.

How to get there

Parking is available on the side roads. On Lind Road there are metered bays which are free after 6.30pm and on surrounding roads there are no parking restrictions. As we are a fitness facility we strongly recommend that you walk, cycle or take public transport. Sutton station is less than 10 minutes walk away and we are close to lots of bus routes.

What is ClassPass?
