How to prepare

Our Front of House team will check you in upon arrival. If you are a first timer please allow 5 minutes to fill in our online Health Commitment statement. We advise comfortable active wear and well supported athletic shoes for Strength and Boxing classes. Changing room and locker facilities are available along with towel service. We have up to 8 shower cubicles along with the shower amenities in each cubicle. Please wait at reception for your instructor to come and greet you and take you towards your relevant studio.

How to get there

Hybrid Fitness is located in the basement of 66 Prescot St (on the corner of 66 Prescot Street & St Mark Street) Tower Hill, London. We are within 5 minutes walk of multiple tube stations Tower Hill, Aldgate, Aldgate East and Fenchurch St. We are 10 minutes walk from Liverpool Street. Please buzz in at our entrance (St Marks Street) and follow the signage to the our reception area in the basement of the building.

More structure and proper pose sequences could be incorporated into the yoga session, rather than is just being 25 of slow stretches. Was too easy.

Good class, but feels pretty rushed. Would prefer 45 mins of Strength Training + 45 mins of Boxing, rather than trying to squeeze Yoga in there too

The first 2 sections were good but the yoga was really just stretching, could have had more of a proper yoga class structure as advertised

good combo workout and small group but the boxing gloves need some serious deodorising/cleaning!

Class was fun but very rushed between each room, felt like each station tried to pack too much in with skill/ technique and fitness.. Although it was a great sweat! (Gloves were really smelly - bring your own if you can!)
