About this class
LEVEL 1 BEGINNER BOXING (Minimum 1 class for first timers) Your boxing journey begins here! After a quick round of jump rope – we will get your hands wrapped and start in with the first building blocks: your stance, your guard, basic foot work and how to throw a jab and a cross (Punches number 1 and 2). You’ll also learn your first bit of head movement here – how to slip those number 1 and 2 punches. Must complete at least 1 Level 1 class to graduate to Level 2

How to prepare
No equipment necessary for TRX. Boxing classes: we are happy to give out loaner gloves and jump ropes for Boxing classes, but you need to provide your own hand wraps. Hand wraps are available for purchase at the gym. We offer complimentary towel service.
