Fun class! Flies by—three rounds of three exercises, three times through. The instructors here are definitely the most welcoming you’ll meet anywhere. The new space is so light and bright—brings a great energy to the class! Always love the use of the assault bike to get your heart rate going!

Tom is the best. Fight Bike is amazing. BUT don't come here if you're not willing to listen to *everything* Tom says. If he says you have to do three heavy reps, do three HEAVY reps, not three easy reps. His workouts are VERY thoughtful and deliberate, so you have to be willing to take a lot of feedback if you want to improve. (His notes on form are the most helpful I've ever gotten.) And if you're doing it right, you'll feel the burn and the sweat running down your face. You'll need that full break if you're lifting like you should be!! Come to Fight Bike--you won't regret it!!

Tom is great. He's funny, helps with form. Class is a community and most people know each other. This class was good for abs and shoulders as advertised. Wish there were some more time for shoulders.

Great and exhausting class - the circuit weight training portion wasn't too difficult, but for those who have never touched an assault bike before... YOWZA. Start easy on yourself - it's thoroughly tiring and intense, this was my second time and I felt a bit queasy/faint even in short 30 second intervals.

If you're looking to sweat and have a workout, go elsewhere , this place is for beginners . Not a challenge whatsoever

Thanks for the comment, as it allows us a way to clear some things up. Our Build class is for proper weight lifting and strength training. If you don't lift the way we dictate ,i.e if we say a heavy 4 reps, and you lift something that isn't extremely taxing for 4 reps , then yes it will seem easy. Our instructors are here to encourage you, but we will NEVER make anyone do something they aren't comfortable with, so we can't force you to do what you won't, even if you could or should. If you are used to bootcamp and this is what you classify as weightlifting, it is incorrect. Bootcamps are great cardio, but they are not weight lifting classes. Our BUILD series is for proper weight and strength training. We lift. Sweating is secondary to improving our strength in this class. If you do not like to lift bigger weights and increase your strength, this is plainly just not the class for you.
