About this class

HIIT & ROW An extremely efficient total body workout. A calorie-crushing class that takes HIIT to a whole new level. We combine HIIT drills with WATERROWER sets. You will focus on either timed sets or distance on the rower. And strength/power/core and endurance quadrants on the training floor. Takes cardio to a whole new level… HIIT & ROW - don't be afraid. (Intermediate/Advanced level)

How to prepare

***First-timers please arrive 10 mins early to fill out waivers. No one permitted in after the start of class - NO EXCEPTIONS - it is disruptive to class so we thank you for understanding. No cell phones and please be nice to our turf and wipe your feet. We are a studio that stresses form - please do not take it personally if you are corrected - just be willing to learn and work hard. Water, towels, hair ties and tampons provided. Changing room, bathroom and shower.

How to get there

By subway: Take the R Train to Union we are right below 3rd Avenue. Can also take the B63, B37 or B103. *Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time*

Lurved it! I havent done a HIIT class in over a year, let alone a real workout that gets my heart rate that high. Ive gained like 18lbs over the past year so Im carrying that around... but despite those things, I decided to let Maryam kick my butt. I didnt think she was rude at all, shes direct, thorough, and encouraging. Its all love and youre basically paying her to tell you what to do lol so if ya dont wanna be told what to do, then dont take a group fitness class. Ill definitely be back! Thank you, Maryam!

Always a great and challenging workout! Today was heavy on legs, but still hit every part of the body. I like the format of the class the different circuits break up the time and keep it interesting, and as someone who cant run, I appreciate the rowing and modifiable plyometrics for a great/killer mix of cardio and strength. Maryam is a tough but motivating instructor. Ill definitely be back just wish there were more 50 minute 8am classes!

First time visiting this studio! Love that everyone shows up with a work hard attitude. Mike was an awesome instructor- clear on how to properly perform the exercises and motivating/ encouraging throughout. Will definitely be back!

What is ClassPass?
