Equipment/Jumpboard at Harmony Pilates
About this class
This class is one of their more advanced classes and is a great way to incorporate cardio into your Pilates workout. They use their jumpboard for a faster paced and more aerobic class. Recommended for intermediate or advanced level students, or anyone who is healthy and wants a great workout. Not recommended if you have any knee or ankle injuries.

How to prepare
Wear comfortable gym attire, bare feet or toe sox. Toe sox will be mandatory as of Dec 1 to improve grip and performance on the equipment and for sanitary reasons. Arrive 5 minutes early to complete the health history and sign waiver (part of this can be done online). Classes are 55 minutes. They provide a water cooler.
