Really fun but wouldnt recommend for complete beginners.

Definitely focused on boxing principles and less on traditional conditioning and cardio exercises. I was the only one in class, so it was nice to get one on one attention. Raul was patient and encouraging. I took off one star because it felt a little disorganized as the teacher was also working with others at the gym (who weren't part of the class).

Juan was amazing. My first time out on my boxing journey was challenging, yet it helped me identify some of my fitness flaws and opened up my eyes to how great a work out boxing is.

Gloves are a lot heavier than expected.. I'm a first timer but there was a good mix of levels.. I like the cardiovascular benefits and the trainer Raul was very nice!

Awesome , intense class! Except someone decided to bring a child to the class distracting the entire workout.... great instructor tho

I felt very uneven during and after the class as the instructor had us stay in one position as we were doing the moves. Otherwise, was a pretty good class.

It wasn't a class. The instructor had no structure. He didn't tell us what to do and just told us to work out on our own which was jumping rope and punching a few of the bags until you could box with him one on one for 5 min.
