About this class

25 minute Sessions Think... caloric burn. fat loss. stamina. core strength. high-intensity intervals goConditioning is your chance to experience the goPerformance® style of training with the motivation of others fighting together through a non-stop, action packed work out, that is sure to make the most out of every minute. You will learn and experience a variety of non-traditional exercises that are scaled to suit your current level of fitness. With a maximum of 10 participants in each session, every participant receives individual coaching and attention. This program is designed to maximize fat loss through metabolic conditioning, which helps boost metabolism during and after your workouts.

How to prepare

**Please arrive 15 minutes before class time so you can sign in and please note the studio requires all class participants to bring a valid ID with them. Students MUST present an ID when they sign in.

How to get there

They are located inside of the Cummins Station Building on the lower level, beneath Avenue Bank. Park in the lot directly in front of Cummins Station. They validate parking so bring your parking ticket with you!

Evan was really nice. I was the only one so it ended up being like a personal trainer. He was very motivating and helpful when I needed to adjust one of the exercises.

I was skeptical of doing a 25 minute class, worried it wouldnt be long enough to work out. I felt that this was a great high intensity workout and Im not sure I couldve withstood any more time. I definitely recommend.

What is ClassPass?
