Scan QR code to register your car and the studio validates it with scanning another QR code in the app. Give yourself some time to park and walk to the studio. There was another class right before so doors didn’t open until 5 min before. Waiver and registration didn’t take long. Bikes are stacked back to back to each other. Bikes aren’t as comfortable as other studios. I loved how the other riders sang along loudly to the music. Good energy all around. Instructor was really encouraging.

Juliet put a strong emphasis on staying on the beat during class and sitting until you get the beat, which can feel isolating for newbies because pretty much unless you go daily no one ever feels like they are on beat. But the studio is a “most importantly just have fun” studio so I would still encourage someone new to try it out!

I wish the class was slightly slower paced so that I could be more intentional with the poses and there were a few times I couldn’t hear her in the back of the room over the music but besides that a great experience. I would take her class again!

I think she does a really great job with the variety in the routine and utilizing natural intuitive transitions. My only minor critique is that I wish she would speed up her timing countdown cues a bit. Was feeling so burned out at the end of each pose and struggled to go slow enough to stay on track with her pace. But overall Anissa is a wonderful instructor and gives me such a great workout - I leave feeling happy, stronger, and more confident :) Thanks you!

see all reviewsI stumbled into the studio a bit late, but you wouldn't believe how helpful they were! The front desk staff were super attentive and Jess, our instructor, was direct but very helpful. She sorted me out with towels, turned on my rowing machine 🥲, and kept the whole class running smoothly. I'm in no way a fitness guru - haven't jogged in years - but Jess somehow got me to push myself, and it paid off! Burned over a thousand calories today, thanks to her class. Can't wait to do it all again!

It was a fast paced and challenging workout, but Todd did an excellent job calling out modifications so everyone could choose what’s right for them. There were a lot of people in the class, but the mats were laid out with enough space to flow through the exercises comfortably. They had a special setup with the equipment laid out for me since it was my first time - appreciate the thoughtfulness of this and it made me feel very welcomed to the studio :) The studio space is large, clean, and well equipped. Music was upbeat and engaging - I could still easily hear Todd’s instruction through the mic. You can really tell Todd is passionate about teaching and this studio seems to run like a well oiled machine! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back for another class

see all reviewsI’ll give it a good rating because it’s truly “pure yoga” This class was just the yoga, no music, foggy mirrors, and poses over and over. It was very focused. It’s extremely hot however, and I’m a little traumatized after each session of intense focus. I can’t tell if this was good or bad for my body yet. Unfortunately there’s a lot of dripping sweat on the ground and walking barefoot out of that room is icky.
