The class is small with lots of instructors' attention - feels like a personal training session!In just 50min, you will burn up to 1,000 calories. This class is designed for all levels with easy to learn movements so you can do workouts at home, at a gym, or when you travel. The class begins and ends with yoga poses, in just a few weeks you will notice a stronger body – both mentally and physically.  Please always register online for this class.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat to Yoga classes. Towel service or mat rental - $2. Yoga room is heated 75-80F, please bring a towel. Please always bring a water bottle to Spin - note GO! Cardio room location - 1561 Powell Street. Spin, TRX, Kettlebell & ToughLove© are held at GO! Cardio room - 1561 Powell St, block away from Glow Yoga. Please always check-in as you arrive - otherwise you will be charged missed fee by Classpass.

How to get there

Spin, TRX, Kettlebell, ToughLove classes take place at 1561 Powell Street (at Green) GO! Spin room, NOT on Stockton Street. Yoga, Barre classes - 1548 Stockton Street. There is an affordable Parking Garage one block from the studios - 735 Vallejo Street ($4/h)

Great class. Deceivingly challenging. Only complaint is that the music volume was too low, needs to be louder to zone out and get into the workout.

The description is wrong. There is no correction or adjustment. The instructor just works out up front like a YouTube video.

No focus on form with so many combo moves and transitions. I prefer doing one move at a time so arent struggling to keep up and comprising our form.

Thanks for your feedback! While we allow classpass members to partake in our classes, we ask you to be open-minded and allow the instructor to teach they want to teach. We offer a variety of classes and instructors for fun and diversity - there is someone for everyone. Please try not to leave negative reviews for ones you do not connect with their style - just feel free to try other classes!

Overcrowded class today. Barely any room to move around.

Least strenuous class I've taken so far. Instructor kept pausing to read her routine on a piece of paper on the floor. She'd change things on the cuff and didn't give to much direction for more difficult moves. This gyms focus appears to be cycling and yoga and should leave kettle bells out of their offerings.
