Level 1 Lagree Fitness Certification on the Megaformer. Lagree Fitness is a high intensity and lowest impact workout. It is an efficient, full-body sculpting, and fat-burning workout, designed to test and improve your Cardio, Strength, Endurance, Core, Balance, and Flexibility. This intensive course will give you the tools to create amazing workouts for your clients with varying levels of fitness and strength. The Lagree Method focuses on 6-key Training Elements to effectively stimulate the muscle fibers. These elements will be your toolkit for effectively teaching all of the movements in the Lagree Fitness arsenal. How to prepare
GRIP SOCKS- are required in all our sessions for safety and hygiene. Sneakers are only required for Fusion aerobics and if there is a medical need for your orthotics to be worn. Grip Socks are available for purchase at the studio. WATER & TOWEL– you can refill your water in the kitchen, but please BYOB. (Bring Your Own reusable Bottle) or we also have beautiful earth bottles available for purchase. GLOVES – not a requirement, however we have a selection for purchase for extra grip and wrist support should you need it.
