About this class

Want to strengthen your core and stabilize your lower back? This is the class for you! Our mat classes of twelve maximum are a great place to get your body back in gear. Your instructor will offer individualized modifications and integrate small props and equipment to make getting stronger and more flexible surprisingly fun! Classes are 55 minutes in length. This is an open level class suitable for people of all levels.

Great instruction and energy.

Instructor was great, studio and equipment were great, but maybe just not the workout for me. It's quite slow and a bit disjointed. However, really good body awareness and stretching. As others have mentioned, a great class for those with physical restrictions or just getting back into exercise. Depends what you're looking for! You won't sweat here.
