About this class

Want to strengthen your core and stabilize your lower back? This is the class for you! Our mat classes of twelve maximum are a great place to get your body back in gear. Your instructor will offer individualized modifications and integrate small props and equipment to make getting stronger and more flexible surprisingly fun! Classes are 55 minutes in length. This class is suitable for beginners and more advanced Pilates practitioners.

Terrific instructor with the right amount of motivation, feeling sore the next day but not the “I can barely move” kinda sore that can be discouraging for someone getting back into fitness like me.

This is a great class! Creative sequences, a strong workout and great use of props. The only negative is that the room is always on the colder side. Otherwise, love this studio and Stephanie is a great teacher!
