How it works

About this class

Everyone will begin with the Foundations class to ensure that they have a solid foundation before they move on to some of the more involved movements. This course will occur on a 5 week rotation, covering stepping, jumping, rolling, swinging, and vaulting. Please keep in mind that this class will cover many different methods of movement that require a certain degree of coordination, strength, mobility, endurance, etc., so it will take more than one cycle through the rotation before satisfactory competency in the movements is attained.
