About this class

This class is Fugitive's version of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). They combine a variety of functional movements, everything from basic parkour type movements to basic exercises, at the highest intensity you can manage. This method promotes both fat loss and lean muscle gain, as well as providing coordination, agility, balance, etc.

What is ClassPass?
