About this class
Every year on Thanksgiving we do one workout as a community. We hope to always maintain this tradition. This year we will be serving up a partner workout that will be very demanding. “THE GOBBLER” for time, with a partner: Run 200m (together) 100 Double-Unders/300 singles Run 200m 100 Sit-ups Run 200m 100 Pull-ups or TRX Rows Run 200m 100 Wall-Balls 20/14 Run 200m 100 Burpees Run 200m 100 KB Swings 55/35 Run 200m 100 partner plank high-fives Run 200m 100 Walking Lunges
How to prepare
Kettlebell and Barbell experience is necessary for attending our classes as these are two modalities we work with in most class formats! Come ready to move and sweat. We have two bathrooms with room to change clothes (but regrettably don't have showers). Our kitchen includes access to filtered water, so bring a bottle to fill. Our doors open 15 minutes before classes begin, and you're welcome to come in beforehand to hop on a bike, rower, or foam roller.

We are located behind evo in Wallingford. We have 3 parking spots for our members and street parking is free!
