About this class

Our newest class...we like to call it "TRAMP!" Beginning with a warm up, we alternate intervals of high energy, choreographed bouncing, with intermittent full body strengthening exercises. We may include tabata-like intervals and props, and definitely incorporate stretching. With the spring free rebounder, you get a low impact cardio workout that protects the joints and increases lymphatic flow. Did you know that the lymphatic system helps the body to drain waste and toxins through its ducts? You will definitely sweat! Sticky socks REQUIRED Prerequisite Notes: No prior experience is necessary although this is a high-energy class so some exercise experience is advised. This class is NOT appropriate for pregnant clients. Please let the instructor know if you have any injuries.

How to prepare

For health & safety reasons, Fuel Pilates requires that clients wear socks for class. They recommend "sticky" socks which can be purchased in-studio for $14.

How to get there

Make sure you double check the address before going to the studio! It has moved full time to its new location at 2934 M Street NW. The entrance to the studio is on 30th Street.

Loved this workout!! It’s a great balance of cardio, abs, arms, and legs. The class is the perfect size (around 8) and the instructor was so high-energy. It’s a tough workout but a great unique class!

Goodness the owner Kelly is amazing. I rarely get super excited about a workout but she is fantastic. This workout reduced me to a puddle and there was no dread factor at all because it’s actually fun. Awesome!

I thought a trampoline class would be a fun and easy cardio workout but omg this kicked my butt and made me feel like a geriatric who couldnt keep up. Still, very effective and Im sure even more so if you can actually keep the pace and do all the moves!

What is ClassPass?
