About this class

Reformer experience required. This class transitions quickly between movements and includes some exercises that are more complicated to follow and/or have a safety/balance concern. New clients should please take a few Reformer Flex I classes at our studio before joining this class. A hardcore reformer sculpting class with an interval of cardio! With lots of creativity, this class will push your limits in new ways as we work through each and every muscle group. This workout will give you strength and muscle definition you've never had before! Plus a cardio interval (~10 minutes) on the low-impact Jumpboard to give you a well-rounded workout experience. Enjoy the best of both worlds as this class recruits slow and fast twitch muscle fibers to give you those killer muscle shakes + an elevated heart rate that burns extra calories and strengthens your heart, lungs and muscles! Clients say: "The jumpboard totally takes it up a notch! I really love this studio and how they run their reformer classes." I was surprised at how elementary this class for a Reformer Flex II class. The instructor could definitely push us harder. Also, there was no core work at all and barely any leg work outside of the jump board. I did not feel like I got a good workout whatsoever.

How to prepare

What to know [visit their website for full details]: Arrive on time please! [if it's your first time taking a reformer or rebounder class they unfortunately can't allow late entry]. Grip socks are required for reformer classes and band/rebounder classes are bare feet. They have everything you need: lockers, showers, toiletries, towels and water/socks you can purchase.

How to get there

The studio is located on South Street, between 14th (Broad) & 15th street. The entrance is at street level, you can't miss it!
