Challenging but fun class. Christion is excellent with addressing technique and form and wants you to get the best workout you can. All levels can join since he provides exercise modifications.

This class made me so excited to start working out again. Rudy is awesome! So uplifting and experienced, correcting postures for optimum work outs. It was intense yet at your own pace need be. There was a lot of variation which I appreciate with condensed workouts. Im sore all over! Will be returning.

Got a good workout from this class with Ken! Ken was upbeat and friendly. Corrected us when our form was wrong (I very much appreciate that from instructors). 10 different exercises, 3 rounds. Highly recommend Ken.

I love this gym and their bootcamp workouts. Some days are strength and some are cardio. Bring a water bottle. Wish I lived closer.
