About this class

Please attend 3 Basics Classes before booking. Using springs and pullies to aid the harder exercises and add challenge when that's mastered. Pilates will work on improving posture, finding balance, firing up that internal core strength and lengthening and elongating all your muscles. TONING By targeting both large and smaller supporting muscle groups, Reformer Pilates tones you up like no other. Expect sculpted arms, a nipped in waist and a super pert butt. FLEXIBILITY Once your muscles are worked to fatigue the springs, pulleys and small equipment on the reformer gives you that little bit of extra stretch. LENGTHENING Because of the extra focus on stretching out your muscles, Reformer Pilates gives you long, lean and toned limbs. By correcting posture in your back and shoulders you’ll literally be walking taller.

I’m experienced in Pilates and reformer Pilates and this class was way to advanced. I am aware of my body and loading my back and this class was very advanced for everyone in the class.

Brilliant class. Teacher was very attentive and corrected me when necessary. Lots of focus on correct form and speed. This was my first reformer class at frame. Having been to several through class pass, this is up there with one of my faves. Lovely studio, great changing rooms and nice relaxed atmosphere, especially as it was off peak.

How to prepare

If it is your first time attending a class at Frame, please arrive 10 minutes early, so that you have time to complete our Health & Safety questionnaire. This can be done in advance, through the "My Account" section of our website. Please note - for Train Classes, if it is your first time you must arrive at the studio and be ready 5 minutes before your class begins, to take part in the health & safety induction

How to get there

Frame Fitzrovia is located on Berners St, equidistant from major underground stations Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Goodge St so you can be off the tube and moving your Frame in 7 minutes.
