Ready to get your sweat on? Frame Cardio is a full body workout, prepare to get your heart racing and sweat dripping. Using treadmills and plyometric excercises Frame Cardio will push you to your limits (don't say we didn't warn you) but we can guarantee your endorphins will be buzzing after. SWEATY Guaranteed sweat fest, choose either a 30 or 45 minute full body cardio class to work every major muscle group. CARDIO Get your cardio fix with sprint intervals on the treadmill to help you burn calories and strip fat. Hop off the treadmills and dive straight into plyometric excercises to focus on building strong lean muscles. GET PUMPED Frame Cardio is a great class if you want to improve your overall fitness levels, we guarantee to put you through your paces but with a banging sound track and motivating instructor you’ll leave high on endorphins and pumped for the day.

How to prepare
If it is your first time attending a class at Frame, please arrive 10 minutes early, so that you have time to complete our Health & Safety questionnaire. This can be done in advance, through the "My Account" section of our website. Please note - for Train Classes, if it is your first time you must arrive at the studio and be ready 5 minutes before your class begins, to take part in the health & safety induction
How to get there
Frame Fitzrovia is located on Berners St, equidistant from major underground stations Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Goodge St so you can be off the tube and moving your Frame in 7 minutes.
